The car that this A- list mostly television actor who is frequently drunk and stars in that very hit cable show bought for the editor of a magazine is paying big dividends for the actor. He gets models any time he wants them from the magazine. They already know he is going to want to have sloppy drunken sex with them.

So what's the problem? Everybody knows what they're doing and is getting what they want, so this arrangement works for everyone involved.

Because magazines don't have a bunch of models on staff -- models are not in the magazine offices (often not in the same damn city state or country) models have their own management companies and certainly are not for pimping out by editors (most of whom a model will never ever meet in a lifetime). Models might meet a photographer from staff -- but then again, the photographer also as likely as not is not even be on the magazine staff.
The only way this blind is real is if it's about Hugh Hefner.
Unless it's a 'tit's and bum' magazine, their 'models' don't have the same protective agents and the photographers and shoots are in house and 'glamour' models are probably more likely up for what ever is required to land a spot in the magazine.
Second @JonathanAndrewSheen and @ErinB. If this blind is true, then the young ladies, er "models", know exactly what they are getting into and seem to be consenting adults. As others have stated, I'm just curious which magazine we're talking about here? Playboy? Penthouse? Hustler? Definitely not Bop or TigerBeat (I hope)...
