Reading comprehension isn't usually encouraged here - but yes. '...lover to that actor..' would indicate the mogul & the actor are bumpin buddies.

I read it as he gave them to Leo to give to Rih Rih on his behalf and to make it look like Leo and Her an item, serving dual purpose.

I think there is an "n" missing. It's saying that she is hooking up with Jay-Z and NOT Leo D. I don't think it's meant to mean that Jay Z and Leo sleep together.
I only know of kimmykakes getting a room full of flowers for leaving her only baby behind on mother's day. Then praising her momma Pmk for everything she learned about motherhood. . That's about right.
Those flowers were for Rihanna's friend, Lele. It was her birthday that night the pictures were taken. Lele posted the flowers and balloon on her instagram page after the party.

The flowers were not from Leonardo. The flowers were from Rihanna to her friend Leandra (Lele). It was her birthday party the day the tabloids picked up on the flowers and balloon story. I agree with the dual purpose thing. Leonardo has made a point to be in the same place as Rihanna over the last few weeks. He was at her Met Gala party as well. Whether he is still with Lukas or with Bradley Coop, I don't know. But he isn't straight. So his convenient friendship with Rihanna is obviously serving a purpose.
