After hearing the paps and other people saying she looks puffy, this former A- list tweener turned dual threat actress stopped taking her meds or at least it appears that way to some people who have seen her the past few days compared to how she was even a couple of weeks ago.

Selena Gomez!!! The Corticosteroids meds she takes for Lupus causes moon shape face and puffiness...her doctor prob just lowered her dosage. Love her <3

i was thinking her, too. many mental health meds (she's bipolar, right?) make you gain weight. but i dont think she's stupid enough to go off them just for that reason....very serious consequences. selena might make more sense.
If this is supposed to be Selena's lupus, I call bullshit. I have been on corticosteroids during flares of my Crohn's disease, and you cannot just "stop taking them." You must be slowly weaned off of these drugs. If you are using them to control an autoimmune disease
