This falling down to a B list singer despite her rabid fan base, is out of the country right now but it has not stopped her coke intake. Apparently she is using a lot more openly being out of the country. I still can't believe her boyfriend took her back after what she did to him.

This certainly sounds like it's supposed to be Gaga but I'm not sure I believe it since she was in Chicago this past weekend (not out of the country) visiting Taylor. She made a dish of baked ziti and the two of them delivered it in person to a local fire house. They looked pretty happy but who knows.
