I like Duff for this. Her acting career and last TV show bombed and has nothing going on. Selena has a new record and is promoting it- so she's a singer again- and Vanessa did Broadway so she is acting too- and is pretty bad. Could be her.

She performed the wonderful 'Night They Invented Champagne' from Gigi on the Tony Awards. It has since closed.
I am gonna go with Elle B on this one. It doesn't sound like selena (even though she is a bad actress and an even worst singer). And i think Vanessa was higher than B+ when she was a tweener, like A+ as a tweener easily. HSM was huge. Victoria Justice makes the most sense because her MTV show recently bombed and B+ tweener would better fit her. Even though she was the lead on Victorious the show ended abruptly and she was constantly being overshadowed by her costars.
@Sandy,Vanessa tried to carry an iconic role- even though she did a decent job,it went over about as well as when Emilia Clarke attempted Holly Golightly in the Broadway version of "Breakfast At Tiffany's"-nudity and all it still sunk.

i think its victoria justice. her show was big but not that big hence the B+ list tweener, and she probably still has a ton of kiddy fans approaching her and isnt always the nicest - probably bitter that her career is so done. selena is doing singing and was an A list tweener. vanessa was doing broadway so thats more singing? and she has like 4 fans left more or less kids approaching her.
Sounds like Duff.....Selena JUST released music....you don't like Enty wouldn't say something about an actress and a singer? Especially since she's more of a singer right now anyway.....Duff sounds more like it, he always calls her a bad actress.

It is either Hilary Duff or Demi Lovato, both are doing poorly on the charts right now and their acting is definitely below par. Both Demi & Hilary are horrible to their fans, many fans complain about how rude they are on social media! My first choice would of been Ariana but I consider her A list when it comes to music so no..Definitely NOT Selena...that girl has been slaying the charts with her last several singles and she also got great reviews from her last two previous films with Franco & Macy which landed her 4 new films this year with Paul Rudd, Brad Pitt, Seth Rogan & again with James Franco. She always stops for her fans no matter where she is, my gawd she even jump over a fence to meet them and had them jump in her car with her. She also just did a fan event and took the time to meet, chat and take a pic with EVERY single fan, not to mention she surprise them and put them all in her new music video. She ALWAYS goes all out for her fans and is considered one of if not the most humble, nicest and most gracious celeb out there right now. So No to Selena& Ariana and a BIG YES to either Hilary or Demi !
NO, I disagree. It is definitely NOT Selena, LOl She is way too nice and I have NEVER heard a fan or even a non fan call her rude when meeting her. I think its Hilary Duff, I heard she goes out of her way to avoid fans when the paps are not around and when she does meet them she is mean girl nice and short with them.
