Def Tyga/Kylie for the second couple. For the first, Lil Wayne/Christina Milian would be more timely, but Christina Milian isn't "barely a celebrity." She actually has/had a singing career, even if her time is well passed. It's meant to be Chris Brown/Karrueche. Tyga and Chris are close, so it's plausible enough to be true, and easy enough to fabricate.
Chris Brown is an R&B singer though and not an A list rapper though ?

Agree with TatooRose that Brown is more R&B singer than rapper...don't think it's him. 2nd couple almost certainly Tyga/Kylie though.
I gotta go with the Christina Milian/Little Wayne/Tyga/Kylie guess. I don't consider Tyga A list, but maybe some do.
