I admit to be very excited about Cumberbatch as Dr Strange and using twitter and tumblr to keep up news about the filming. Those blogs keep showing up in tags and other discussions so I checked them out. Easy to see what they are about pretty quickly, easy to block them so I don't have to see it anymore. Obsessed with counting the days until November for sure, guilty as charged and not at all embarassed about it. Hoping for at least 3 Dr Strange movies.

It's a fake BI made up by the infamous Gatorfisch about the Vogue event Mrs Cuberbatch was at (she's already posting that "child services" will be called as a direct result of Enty's post!)
Problem is, the white smudge on her lower body looked nothing like coke; the event in question was held in a Power Station that does not even have proper 'bathrooms' just single-person self-contained units (so it's physically impossible to spot what someone else is doing in there); and British people don't use the word "bathroom" for anything except the room you take a bath or shower in so this BI didn't come from a Brit.

Not necessarily. The "skeptics" blogs are easy to find if you're looking for anything to do with Cumberbatch or anything to do with any of his projects. I know a lot of the actors on Hamlet and the play's director found them from searching their own names or 'Barbican Hamlet' and were very disturbed. Someone even tried to start a rumor that Ben and the play's director were having an affair, then someone else claimed the director is a lesbian. The director is so super obsessed with privacy she's never given a single interview and there are only two photos of her anywhere online. So it's no wonder she was freaked out at her own personal life being dragged through the mud purely and outed against her will just because she happens to be working with a guy with crazy fans.
One of the skeptics was posting about how she intentionally tags all her "Ben's trapped in a fake marriage and being forced to carry a plastic doll around" posts with #marvel and #doctorstrange because she believes that Marvel will read them and will be so concerned they will force Ben to "get rid of" his wife.
Also they hardcore harass anyone who works with, knows, meets or even sees Ben on the street. So there's plenty of reasons people who aren't even Ben fans or not hardcore Ben fans would know about them. Besides it's fascinating to read them.
