Two bodyguards have quit working for her because she makes it clear if they want to work for her they need to have sex with her. The thing is, they are afraid to report her because of her connections.

If these bodyguards don't want to do it, they can refuse the assignment. If they have to explain why not to their bosses, they can, and if that means they get fired, then so be it. . .presumably they signed up to do security detail, not to be gigolos.
"Great" is sort of subjective. If this is Kirstie Alley, yes, she has lost a lot of weight, and is looking quite a bit better than she has for a long time.
But then again, she's still every bit of 65 years old, and even after her recent weight loss of 50lbs, she's not exactly "svelte". I don't think she'd top most people's "GILF" lists, and I can also see why (for example) young male bodyguards in their 20s or 30s might not exactly love this "assignment"!
