For the first time in a long time, this former C list mostly television actor who now is a boy toy (except for a small role in a franchise) for his celebrity wife has been stepping out. Apparently there is a very very rich woman who has taken an interest in the actor and he is showing the interest right back. If you are going to be kept, might as well step up the pay. Plus, she would let him out of the house.

Freddie was higher than C and the reason he doesn't go out is that he is loaded. He got his dad's estate when he passed. He just doesn't want to go out.
