One of the sure ways to get kicked out of the squad or at least not invited to anything any longer is to not follow the dress code set by this A+ list singer for the night. You also don’t get a say in what you are going to do that night.

Actually, I guessing they don't eat, don't drink, don't smoke. Maybe they play with the cats. Probably most of the time is spent preparing for and arranging the poses for Taylor's photographer for the select "candid" group shots of them jumping and pointing their arms up in the air.
