Probably because he dirty deals in bizness/real estate. I love the show because I love real estate, architecture etc...and while Flagg is great at what he does, he is also very shady (in how he does it). I'd say Poor Colton who I loved, but he probably is better off in the end: Gallop Colt-on gallop away..(sorry had to:(

TeeBeeAych I'm more shocked that Josh Flagg actually spilled damaging secrets to a man he's known for 3 months. And even more so that he wouldn't require a signed NDA before date 2.
