Seems unlikely to me. Why and how would a random hookup be able to take that photo of the boyfriend unobserved, AND know the girlfriend's number to text it to? I might buy it if she tried selling the photo to a tabloid, but this scenario registers as highly improbable.
Maybe she used his phone
He could have been asleep or out of it, and she probably could have checked his phone for the number. Or maybe he wanted Bella to see it.

The last pics of the Weeknd and Bella together were in June despite her getting papped every single day. I don't know why people think they're still together (at least in any real, not for PR way).
