This foreign born actress used to be A list. She is an Academy Award winner/nominee. Everyone always sees her in the same type role no matter how many other types of movies she does. She wants to work more but she doesn't want to hire a nanny and her husband doesn't want to have to adult all the time while she is gone. Problems at home.

Considering Kate Winslet as well . Ned Rock N Roll seems like a waste of time.
Carey Mulligan, maybe. There was another blind about her husband treating her like a slave, making her run around and get him drinks. Doesn't seem like the daddy type.

I don't think it's Winslet. She has several children, works constantly, is not typecast in roles and I really doubt she has a problem hiring a nanny while working.
