This still young actress was killed off her hit soon to end cable show because of her diva-ness was at dinner this week and took an instant dislike to her waitress. Apparently that resulted in a nonstop barrage of requests and demands and returned food and complaints to the manager.

If you happen to be Jewish and you conduct yourself in an extremely nasty manner, the people who see this and who are on the other end of the insults are going to see WHAT you are, not WHO you are. I don't think the people of NYC, LA, Miami, Chicago and Atlanta need you to speak for them. You don't have to like someone for how they act, but their religion should not have anything to do with it. I live in NYC and eat out with friends a lot. Racist, bigoted, anti-anti, it's all over. Examples: My best friend and I at a Thai restaurant last weekend. Two couples come in. Thai-American owner to waitress, "Not THEM! Put Tony Soprano and his family in the back. They are too loud." I wish I had video taped this exchange. Not just because it was rude, but because watching an Asian woman roll her eyes when an Italian-American group came in was very strange to see. And even way in the back you could hear them in Birmingham, Alabama. People ARE judged by their ethnic background. I don't care what you say. Hundreds of times in my life I have had a waiter come over to my table, look at me and say, "OK, Irish, what'll it be?" He assumed because I had red hair, green eyes and a very fair complexion I was Irish. Well, I am, but you get my drift. There's nothing worse than a drunk Irishman in a small Pub or restaurant. Conclusion: Regardless of what your ethnic background is, try and behave yourself when you're in public where people can see you misbehave.
