None of them are gay men, just teenybopper fangirls who like to create fantasies (the most unrealistic, romanticised, weirdly neutered, "have clearly never met a real gay person ever" kind of way) about their celeb obsessions being in secret tru wuv romances with another man because they can't handle the though of them being sexual creatures or the idea of them being with other women.
None of them are gay apart from Harry. Just psychotic little girl fans who need to invent fantasies because they are terrified of sex and pathologically jealous of any woman who dates them.

Not "every single hot male celeb ever" has had fans imagining that they are gay. Gay couplings may be fantasies of fangirls or they may be picking up on something that the participants don't want to admit to at this point. There is still a stigma about male athletes and actors being gay. Most of those that have stepped out of the closet have done so when their careers were already well established and/or they were rich enough not to care anymore. In any case, those girls you are talking about are not hurting anyone with their fantasies and I doubt they are pathological anything at this point in their lives.

It's not the fact that they're gay fantasies that creep me out. It's the personal, intimate way that people are thinking about them. Fandom culture needs a major overhaul. STOP ACTING LIKE FUCKING STALKERS. 'Real People' fanfiction is just all kinds of Not Ok.
