Europeans definitely know Kayne! I'm in Scotland, hardly the rap metropolis, and we as a collective know Kayne. The internet travels this far... Even my 62yr old dad knows "that gold digger song", that Kayne is married to a Kartrashian and has meltdowns on Twitter (said dad is not on social media).

I'm no Kanye Fan but he's very well known in the UK and pretty much the best known rapper in the world although not for his music as much as his celebrity life. Like Jay Z they've both become more famous than their music.

Frank Ocean claims BISEXUALITY though he doesn't view himself as gay nor does he market himself a gay man. Can't take Frank Ocean seriously. The Hip Hop industry is so homophobic though. Missy Elliott, Alicia Keys, and Queen Latifah are well known as lesbians. Eminem is BISEXUAL he even made a joke looking for hook ups on grindr. Rap music is so homophobic though even the obvious gay rappers won't come out which is a shame.

And of course Rosanne whom many have described as having bizarre mood swings as if she's bi polar as well. Only rumors though may be no truth to it. That's quite a wonderful menagerie of trump supporters. I'm surprised more Hollywood types aren't all for Trump since he favors tax relief for one percenters such as himself and more than anything else the 1% in Hollyweird love tax relief . Hip hop is rampant with men on the down low, hence the obnoxious macho posturing and reactive homophobia.
