Town hall type questions are fixed, literally no one familiar with talk shows or politics is surprised.

This is true because I managed to get through to call in one time (really difficult to get through) and I had a specific question. The screener then rewrote my question and told me what to say. I have never wanted to call in since. Yes, the questions are scripted. This was around 3 years ago, too.
Yeah the tv hosts are given questions in advance they want to answer or in town halls they get screened in advance before they are chosen. No surprises there.
For fuck's sake. This is only a revelation if you're retarded about how the world works. Next up - "politicians are crooked".
