It's definitely Bieber. I'm guessing it's that group of hoodlums and wannabe rappers that were acting like animals and terrorizing his neighbors.
Well of course, why would anyone want to hang out with him without the free drugs, cash and women? It's the kind of mentality that leads one to marry a yachter.

I struggle to recognize Carter as being A+, ever. I was a kid back when he was 'popular' and I don't think any of my friends were into him. Certainly not on Bieber or 1D level.
