Maybe everyone just respects the hosts privacy? I know it seems to be a crazy idea, but as long as she is not abusive to her partner and not cheating any prospective buyers, what is there to discuss?

I think this is Ellen, too. One of properties just sold for insane sums of money. I thought buying, remodeling, selling (seem too nice at start to be called flips to me) property was one of her side hobbies? Or, that's what everyone like me is assuming is happening again, but Ent's got intel?

DM just had an article Ellen made a few million on a property she flipped after six months. The divorce rumor is new (to me) though.
yepthatsme - I'd delicately point out that perhaps she is abusive to Portia.It is no secret that Portia wanted a child and experience being a mother. It is also no secret that Ellen despises children, apparently they aren't welcome in her home. If you truly love a person, how can you deny them this important life experience?

This sounds like Ellen....Something is not well with her.
I've heard - and it may have been on here - that Ellen is so much the opposite of the friendly, 'be kind to one another' person she portrays and, sadly, Portia bears the brunt of this. I also think that Ellen is mean and manipulative and for some reason, 'hollywood' acts like they're besties with her, but seem to truly be afraid of her. I think she's overtly mean to Sofia Vergara and always has her do something humiliating and she - like all the others - obliges Ellen. Why?!! I also think Ellen is a 'hanger on' and is trying to 'brand' everything that might make her a dollar... ellentube? Game of Games? Clothing line? 'Discovering' talent? All have been done by others first, yet ellen now wants her piece of the pie. What is going to happen with the Gorilla sanctuary - Portia's birthday present to her - if there is a divorce pending? Do I care? Should I care?
I don’t know when Ellen turned into such a nasty and phony piece of work, but you can tell she is truly a mean-spirited person. Her new game show says it all. And getting paid to be cruel? It’s her dream job.
Ellen will cry a river of tears over a damned dog, but treats her partner, and others like shit. Pranks aren't funny - they're mean-spirited. Remember when people thought O'Donnell was the "queen of nice"?
