This national law enforcement agency has always said they believe the virus came from a lab. "Moderately sure," was their answer. They are not allowed to say high confidence even though they arrested two people here in the US, who admitted it. They were charged with minor crimes like wire fraud because no one wanted the attention at the time diverted from vaccine development.
