No, the podcaster who spells it wrong was not randomly photographed popping a smoke. No, she was specifically photographed to monetize the lung dart which is why the name of the product is featured in all captions. It is a very sneaky way to promote something that is banned from advertising in so many different forms. It wasn't illegal per se, but it also didn't come with the standard warning text you would see with a typical ad like this. It will be interesting to see if this is some kind of loophole.
