Blind Item #12

The A-list actress from the gossip show world has been sporting a Claddagh ring for a couple of years. The designer, describes it as an engagement ring. Initially, she wore it on her right hand heart facing inwards signifying a relationship.  However, not quite two years ago, she changed it to her left hand heart facing inwards, indicating marriage.
