Shifty Shellshock's Condition Gets Worse

Shifty Shellshock, the former singer of Crazy Town and a former participant on Celebrity Rehab has been in a coma for the past week in a LA hospital but has apparently suffered a further decline in his condition. Shifty was supposed to be in court this week after an arrest in February for drug possession and it is assumed that he is in the coma because of a drug related issue. If Shifty passed, it would mark the second member of the group to die of drugs. Many people don't realize that DJ AM was in the original lineup of the band too.

DJ AM Death Ruled Accidental Overdose

The coroner is New York has ruled that DJ Am's death last month was an accidental overdose. According to TMZ who saw the report, Adam Goldstein had a wide variety of drugs in his system at the time of his death. They included cocaine, oxycodone, hydrocodone (Vicodin), Ativan, Klonopin, Xanax, Benadryl and Levamisole (a drug used to cut cocaine with).

Some of those are prescription drugs so I wonder if we will have another doctor scandal on our hands or if he bought them from a dealer.

DJ AM Has Died

DJ AM was found dead this morning in an apartment on Lafayette Street in Manhattan.

Sources said drug paraphernalia was found in the apartment and police are looking into whether it was an overdose.

Nearly a year ago, DJ AM, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, escaped a plane crash in South Carolina.

The Learjet he and Travis Barker were on overshot the runway and burst into flames. He suffered severe burns in the crash.

It's Touching But They Are Friends

Go to a party and be seen with someone, the next thing you know, people are calling and asking how come they didn't get an invitation to the wedding. The tabloids seem to be having a field day with DJ AM and Mandy Moore getting back together. They were not together last year so I don't know how the heck you think they are back together this year. Friends? Absolutely. Maybe even best friends. Kind of like brother and sister. Yes, and not like an Angelina brother/sister thing or any other freaky brother/sister thing comes to mind.

I think Mandy showed the kind of person she is when she flew to see Adam when he was in the hospital and I think she is a very loving, gracious person. That doesn't mean the two are getting busy in the DJ booth.

US Weekly in fact says that Mandy told someone that told someone that she liked Adam. What? Is this high school? Maybe she can pass him a note later and hopefully he won't get caught by the teacher reading it. Hey, if something happened between the pair that would be great, but I really dislike when tabloids need some filler so they find someone who knows someone who knows someone to just get an I like you. If you are going to go that route, I want something with some dirt. If you are going to give me 5th hand information than, I want something that makes you say wow, not yawn.
