What Do You Think?

The NY Post is reporting today that Lou Pearlman is teaming up with Real World creator Jonathon Murray to pitch a new reality show which would be like Making The Band but with Lou offering advice over the phone instead of in person. While I personally think Lou is one of the most evil people to ever set foot on the planet and wish he would just rot in his tiny jail cell for his entire 25 year sentence, I also realize that there are a lot of people who are barely making ends meet because he stole $300 million of their hard earned dollars. Lou wouldn't get to keep any of the money he earns from the show because every dollar he would make would go to those people from whom he stole.

So far, Lou has not repaid any money to the investors he defrauded. This would at least give them the chance to get some money back. On the other hand, Lou gets his sentence reduced by a month for every million dollars that he repays and I really don't want to see this guy set free ever again, or become a celebrity or listen to a bunch of interviews with him where he says that he is just trying to help his victims. I don't think he is actually doing it for them. I think he is doing it for himself, but at the same time, I do want the people he defrauded to have a chance in getting back some of their money so I guess he should get a chance to do the show.

Oh, you want to know the kicker? The band the show is about is called Biteboy. They tried to become famous by writing a song about the Caylee Anthony case. So, you have a band that tried to exploit a murder for fame and money and an a-hole who screwed over thousands of people to line his own pockets. Nice combination.

So. What do you think? Let him do the show or let him rot in his cell?

Yay! Justice System

Someone who is rich and stole money finally went to jail. The fact that it is Lou Pearlman who is one of the biggest degenerates on the planet just makes it all the more satisfying. Today a federal judge sentenced Lou to 25 years in jail for swindling $300 million from people and basically destroying the lives of thousands of investors.

The only downside to all of this is that Lou gets to spend his time in federal prison instead of say, state prison. In state prison they would show Lou what they think pf people who are degenerates, and he would be singing N'Sync and Backstreet Boys songs non-stop for the 25 years and calling everyone Daddy.

Another downside is that Lou gets a month knocked off his sentence for every $1M he returns to investors, so if Lou had all the money, the judge would basically let him walk, or shuffle painfully out of jail.

Lou said he was sorry. You can stuff your sorrys in a sack Mister. Jackass.

This Sucks

I'm sure everyone remembers Lou Pearlman. You know he is the fat guy who started a bunch of boy band groups and was the alleged ringleader of the United States' biggest Ponzi scheme. Lou allegedly pocketed about $500M in the scheme.

Well now, Fat Boy Lou is making a deal with the federal government. Fat Boy if you will recall was arrested in Indonesia where he was no doubt discovering fresh new boys to begin a new label there. Although nothing was ever proved about Fat Boy's love of fresh boys, there were accusations made. Well Fat Boy was supposed to have a trial that started later this week on federal charges. In fact, Fat Boy wanted a trial. More than that, Fat Boy told reporters when he was arrested that he couldn't wait to get out on bond so he could help locate the real thieves. Just like that whole real killer thing. Maybe that is why Fat Boy was hiding in Indonesia. He was looking at young boys to see if any of them took the money.

Now, Fat Boy has changed his tune and is going to plead guilty in exchange for helping the government find some of the money that he stole. Some? No jail sentence has been agreed upon, but I promise you that whatever he gets, and he might not get any jail time will pale in comparison to what a guy gets for stealing food to feed his family.

In this country, the more you steal, the less time you have to serve, which is just basically another way of saying if you are poor you get screwed as many times as possible.

Does Boy Band Manager Equal Child Molester?

First there was Lou Pearlman who was accused of molesting boys as he created some of the world's most successful boy bands, and now comes news that Christ Stokes who managed the highly successful boy band B2K also enjoyed getting together with his meal tickets.

This is the story as first reported by WENN. I have also included the video interview so you can hear everything for yourself.

Ex-B2K star RAZ B has accused the band's former manager CHRIS STOKES of child molestation. Raz B - real name DeMario Thorton - makes the shocking revelations in a new internet video, in which he and his older brother, Ricardo, claim to have suffered at the hands of Stokes during their early teens. And the 22-year-old Bump, Bump, Bump star believes his old bandmates, Omarion, Lil' Fizz and J-Boog, have also been victims of Stokes' reported paedophilia. In video footage posted on YouTube.com, Raz B is seen being asked a series of questions by the sister of singer/actor Marques Houston - one of Stokes' longtime clients - who has also been accused of taking part in the molestation. When asked when the inappropriate behaviour first began, Raz B says, "It all started with Chris Stokes. Chris was like - let me touch you... I can't speak for everybody, but if you want my personal opinion, I think he did (touch all group members)." Ricardo - known professionally as singer Ricky Romantic - blames himself for failing to save his brother from Stokes' alleged exploits. He adds, "Chris (Stokes) made me take showers with the other boys... All the (things) that my brother was introduced to, that s**t was brought to me first... (Stokes) molested my brother and he molested me... when I say that, it hurts."

And in a telephone call to a man believed to be Stokes, also documented in the video, the manager appears to confess to the crimes, saying: "I don't do that anymore. That was me years ago... I just don't do that in my life anymore." But Stokes has hit back at the Thortons' allegations, and claims the false accusations were made in revenge after he cut them off from his payroll.

In a statement released on Monday (24Dec07), Stokes says: "The accusations that DeMario 'Raz B' Thorton and Ricardo Thorton have made are vehemently false and hold no merit. "I have recently stopped financially supporting both individuals along with assisting them with their criminal and legal matters, which leads me to believe they are resentful and looking to benefit financially from this." Stokes has also threatened the siblings with legal action: "My family is my first priority and the reason why I have been so supportive of them. In bringing these false claims, they have not only slandered me, they have also put me in a position to ensure that the truth is known and I will take all legal routes to protect myself, my family and my four children." A spokesman for Houston could not be reached as WENN went to press.
