Michelle Duggar Really Wants Baby Number 20

Despite multiple setbacks over the past few years Michelle Duggar says she and her husband are trying very hard for baby number 20. "I would be so grateful if the Lord blessed us with another one," Michelle says. "We're trying at this point and we shall see if that is a possibility." Is it just in her nature not to stop trying to have another baby? Is 19 not enough? She has her kids breeding now and she says she is grateful for the grand children and wants each of her kids to have at least ten children but would feel much better about herself if she keeps trying to have at least one more. Yes, you read that right. At LEAST one more. The woman would be happy staying pregnant until it's no longer a possibility. Can you imagine if she believed in IVF? She would go ahead and have as many sets of multiples as she could.

The Duggars Still Want Baby #20

Even after the issues they have had in recent pregnancies, Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar say they’re still trying to make baby number 20. They were on The Today Show which is why I didn't see them talking about it on Friday. The Today Show audience can now be counted on one hand. Why would they go for baby #20? Pretty soon they will have hundreds of grandchildren. Are they that desperate to have another round of non-stop feedings and crying or do they just have enough built in help that all Michelle has to do is give birth and then pass every duty off? At some point I think you just need to stop. The last two pregnancies have shown that maybe having another baby is not the best idea.

Michelle Duggar Says The World Has Plenty Of Room For More Kids

The Duggar family has 436 children but do a remarkably good job of raising them and they support them without the assistance of the government and I really don't have any qualms with what they want to do individually. There are a lot of families with far fewer children that have way more issues.

That being said, I do wish she would actually turn on a television or just Google overcrowding or overpopulation and then read what she says. She recently told CBN that overpopulation is a lie. See, that really bothers me because there are too many people on the planet. Michelle says that you can never have enough children and that each child brought into the world raises the joy level of the planet.

Think of it like this. She thinks more children equates to everyone singing Christmas songs to raise Christmas cheer in Elf. Everytime a child is born Michelle thinks there is some joy meter that inches upward. I think that is true for an individual family, but I can't believe that she honestly thinks that if all the billions of people on this earth each had 19 kids that everyone would be having orgasms in the street because the joy level was so high. Can you imagine the world with 19 times the number of people it already has? How is that going to work? I don't like when people say something is a lie and then just talk and don't bring any facts to support their argument. You say that overpopulation is a lie, but the only thing you say to support it is to quote Mother Teresa.

Doctors Say Michelle Duggar Should Stop Having Babies

The chief doctor over at BodyLogic gave an interview and said that Michelle Duggar owes it to the kids she already has to try not to get pregnant again or have any more babies. She gives good advice but I think it is going to fall on deaf ears. I think every month Michelle Duggar will keep trying to get pregnant. The doctor says that the odds of Michelle having another miscarriage are about 50/50. Also, because of her age, it is very likely that any child born would have special needs which would take time away from the other 19 kids. These are all good points and I think most people if they had 19 kids would probably say enough with the babies, but Michelle is not going to start taking birth control, so I just don't see how this cycle will stop anytime soon.

Michelle Duggar Has Miscarriage

I might joke about the Duggars and their two football teams of children and I even said when she announced her pregnancy that I was not sure it was a good idea considering what she had gone through in her last pregnancy and delivery, but there is nothing funny about a miscarriage. Michelle found out about it at her regular monthly doctor's appointment. The doctor tried to find a heartbeat and could not. Can you imagine the pain of carrying a baby for five months and then going into a doctor's office thinking everything is fine and discovering that the baby you were carrying and looking forward to seeing has died. Truly awful.

Michelle Duggar Willing To Die To Have Another Baby

Michelle Duggar wants another child so much that she says she is willing to die to have one. So, what she is saying is that it is fine if the baby does not have a mother. Look, I could see you maybe taking a chance if this was your one chance to have a baby after years of trying or that it was miraculous. The woman already has 19 kids. Is it really worth your life to have another one? According to The Enquirer she says it is worth her life.

"I WANT another child and I'm not afraid to die to have one!" She says that she is perfectly willing to sacrifice her own life so she can bring another baby into the world. I always thought these parents were decent people. I don't believe that every person on earth should have 20 people, but I am not going to criticize their beliefs. I am going to suggest that she has a lot of kids to raise and that she is not sacrificing her life for one but all of her 19 kids who would be left without their mom.

Michelle Duggar Would Love Another Baby

Michelle Duggar was on The Today Show this morning. I was thinking that with all the difficulties there were surrounding the birth of their 19th child, Josie that she would probably be finished having children. I was wrong. "We would do it again in the fact that here we have this precious gift." She went on to say the couple would welcome another baby and that having a baby is a miracle and it also makes me think she might already be pregnant or that they are trying to have another baby.

In the episode tonight Josie goes home with her parents and I would not be surprised if there is some kind of announcement at some point that she is pregnant with her 20th child. I mean why call a show 19 Kids And Counting when 20 Kids And Counting sounds so much more impressive. Of course they could call the show, I Have 19 Kids And I Can't Count Any Higher So No More. Now that is a title. What do you think? More kids or should she stop?

The Duggars Are Plotting To Take Over The World

Apparently now that the National Enquirer has their Pulitzer nomination they can go ahead and kick back and run some crazy, crazy stuff. I miss the days when Elvis and Jim Morrison were spotted together in some grainy photo while enjoying a peanut butter and banana sandwich in a Paris cafe. Anyway, this week, The Enquirer says that The Duggar family is intent on taking over the world. In certain interviews, The Duggars have said in the past they are members of QuiverFull which sounds like some kind of Renaissance Faire game but is actually a religious movement that is attempting to take over the world by having as many kids as possible.

"The idea is that if Christian couples breed and indoctrinate enough children, they can take over both houses of Congress, 'reclaim' sinful cities like San Francisco and launch massive boycotts against companies that do not support conservative Christian beliefs."

One of the things I don't understand is that supposedly this group is against television and says you should never watch it. Why then do they sell Duggar DVD's on their site? I wasn't even going to write about this, but this past weekend I watched some TLC show about brides picking dresses. For a second I thought it was going to be some type of Bridezilla show which are always fun. It turns out this episode did kind of have a Bridezilla but it also had Michelle Duggar picking out a wedding dress for her renewal ceremony. I thought they seemed really nice and sincere and I also get the feeling that when their show ends they will disappear. You are not going to see Jim Bob on Dancing With The Stars or The Surreal Life or something.
