Evian Now Has Their Chance To Host Lindsay's Birthday Party
Svedka vodka pulled out as sponsor of Lindsay's birthday party. It's going to really suck if she was downing Svedka Friday night huh? I guess maybe they are realizing that maybe they shouldn't have said they were going to sponsor a birthday for someone who is probably going to be spending some more time in rehab. Well they can always sponsor Nicole Richie's birthday bash or maybe Robbie Williams or Britney. So many choices for excellent publicity.

What charges could she be facing? underage drinking, dui, possession, leaving the scene?
Also: her bodyguard was video'd moving the car before cops arrived on scene - is that obstruction? or interference with a police investigation?
Lindsay was also video'd fleeing the scene and saying "I just crashed my car". Would that invalidate any "not guilty" plea she enters?
also: TMZ says cops did a blood sample drug test. if so they'll be able to determine what drugs are in her system and how much.
I'd like to start a bet: my money is on cocaine, unidentifiable opiate (that's what oxy shows up as), e, maybe meth, ambien and booze.
I think the LAPD should host the party, and L.A. District Atty Rocky Delgadillo should be her date.
