Random Photos Part One

Remember, beginning on Monday I will be posting your photos that you e-mail me in the Random Photos so I hope you will keep e-mailing me and also read the post to see who is reading the site. That makes sense right?

This was a very close call as to who deserved to be on top today. In the end though I went with one of the funniest men of all time who was married to one of the funniest women of all time. Gene Wilder gets the top spot today promoting his latest book.
Coming in a very close second were Paul Simon and Willie Nelson. Their downfall was that I didn't really enjoy their contest between tie and pony tail as to which was longer. Apparently Paul may have a problem with shaking and so this hides the evidence if you know what I mean.
I really don't have the time to devote to the wonder that is this great story. However, Gawker and New Jersey Online have done a tremendous job of investigating Danielle Staub from Real Housewives of New Jersey and her criminal past. I also think that Bravo knows exactly what when on in her past because they were prepared for the questions and their spokesperson even said, "Watch what happens." For those of you not in the US, that is Bravo's slogan. I'm sure someone can provide links in the comments. It is incredible.
The first time Bebe Neuwirth has been in the photos since she got married. Congratulations Bebe!
This whole engagement thing must really be a good thing for Claire Danes because I would say she smiles most of the time now. It is going to cease being a topic of discussion.
Cris Judd, Peter Andre and a bunch of half naked men who appear to work out frequently.
This is some love. The Hoffmans are one of my favorite couples.
This is Fergie getting off a plane. I think she looks fine and this is how she should act and dress. She actually looks good and normal and not trying to be someone she isn't anymore.
A first time appearance for Jane Pauley.
Adam Lambert and Kris Allen at The Today Show.
Kate Walsh doesn't seem to be letting her divorce get in the way of umm, her smile? I just really don't like her. I think he soon to be ex is a tool also, but Kate should just be true to herself.
The very lovely Mary J Blige. I always feel the site has a bit more class when Mary J is present.
While most celebrities went and saw the Lakers game in person, Nick Lachey and Vannesa Lemon Jello decided to go with the less costly version. They watched it at a sports bar and used coupons.
I think Robin McGraw is the wife of the year every year. I wonder if he just talks and talks and talks and talks when they are at home.
The Queen with a new hair style.
Oh God. Ron White with a new hair style. I think he needs to get his money back on that wig.
Reese Witherspoon has been training for this softball movie for two months. At this point I think she will be the best player out there. She is certainly determined.
And at the end of the date, SpongeBob decides to go for third base with Zoe Salmon.
Sheryl Crow by herself is incredible.
Sheryl Crow with Grover is even better. Oh and the other Sesame Street characters also, but really, Grover is the best.
Want to know how Twiggy Ramirez doesn't look scary? He stands next to Marilyn Manson.
Is that really a Members Only jacket on Zac Efron? Seriously? Are the 80's really back? Didn't they burn them all?

I thought from the beginning that "Danielle" was specially cast for the show.

"Didn't they burn them all?"

I wish.

I love, love, love Paul Simon. It took me a while to get the shaking comment. WIllie isn't too bad, either.

OMG I totally thought that pic of Ron White was actually Elton John!!

Grover was always my favorite, too, but since having my son, I've grown to like Elmo and Abby Cadabby. Sacriledge, I know, but at least I haven't been showing him Barney.

Gene Wilder ... the best Willy Wonka.

Real Housewives of NJ ... I watched a little bit of it on Hulu and all I can say is... are those spoiled assed bitches for real? I actually couldn't watch the whole thing because it was ridiculous and stupid, and I can't believe someone goes around paying $120,000 in CASH for furniture. BARF.

Cheryl said...

I still don't get the Paul Simon comment.

I can't believe Jane Pauley is a) wearing black stockings (Bebe too - in May yet), b) wearing them with open toe shoes, and c) wearing stockings with reinforced toes to boot! Fashion crimes, I tell you!

BLESS YOU for not spreading the abomination that is barney!

and enty, they are still making and marketing "members only" jackets.
i know, honey. shhhhhh. it'll be okay.

nancer said...

yeah, jane shouldn't be wearing the black hose with open toed shoes, but i love her so i forgive her.
a lot of people i love in here today that i rarely see (so you know i don't mean efron).

the story on danielle from 'real housewives of NJ' is best told on dlisted. you will laugh your ass off.

"I can't believe someone goes around paying $120,000 in CASH for furniture."

It's called "tax evasion." :)

Wait, member's only jackets went out of style? So why have people been saying 'nice jacket' to me for the last 20 years?

I think I did have one for a little while but you rarely need one here.

Lisa (original) said...

As a fellow Texan I will advise Ron White: Now Tater, you'd best git down to that Piggly Wiggly and git yourself summor hair gel, 'cause that hair just won't do!

lutefisk said...

Um, I think we have Members Only jacket in my front closet.
~blush~
It is right next to the marching band jackets.

What is the deal w/ Fergie's hair? The part in her hair reminds me of the parting of the Red Sea. Otherwise she looks great.

Cookie Monster FTW!

I love both Simon and Nelson. And Garfunkle, too, even if he's not there.

Is Adam Super Tall or is Kris with a 'K' a liitle person?

littleoleme said...

Oh dear. Gene Wilder is not looking so good is he.

What has Robin MaGraw done to her face? She was a pretty woman and now looks almost unrecognizable. That's a shame.

Rocket Queen said...

I was just going to say that, Margaret. She has had some WORK done, for sure.

I was one of those that was rooting for Adam Lambert, but I always feel like he's wearing too much makeup!

DNfromMN said...

B626 - I think that Kris is just that tiny.

Cheryl - men shake it off, women wipe. His tie is long enough to wipe/cover any dribbling.

I always went back between Grover and Cookie Monster.

Peter Andre must be in heaven with all those future gay porn stars around him.

I love Bebe Neuwirth. that is all.

Harriet Hellfire said...

Yeah, Fergie looks normal except for the fact that her eyebrows are halfway up her forehead.

Note to Zac E: Jack Nicholson is the ONLY person on the planet who should ever wear shades indoors. You looked like a tool at the Lakers romp last night.

Note to All: No matter how hard she practices, is anyone interested in seeing Reese star as a softball player? I know the writer/director is the amazing James L. Brooks and co-stars Paul Rudd (YEAH!) and Owen Wilson (WHATEVER), but seriously, is anyone interested?! I am already disappointed.

Excuse me for being long today. I have been lurking for almost a year and just recently began posting. The photos today are just so worth commenting (and it's my B-Day so, well u know).

I knew Gene Wilder was a comic genius after Willy Wonka. The way he portrayed the charming ecentric w/slight S&M tendencies is amazing. I still love it.

I am forever faithful reader (FFR)to CDaN for posting my 2 favorite gentlemen, Paul Simon and Willie Nelson. I once partied with Willie while in Pittsburgh. He is so effin funky and real! I have been crushing after him for over 30years. Thank you so much! Seriously!

Mary looks better and better as time goes by. BTW- did anyone see her step-daughter punch the daylights out of Charles Hamilton a week ago?

I never trust that Sponge Bob.

I once had a dream about Jane. We were in her home, a small dinner, husband, friends, etc. Thank goodness she was not wearing that gastly fit. But I still love her!

IMO Kris should do well as the new AI winner as long as he keeps Adam right next to him.

Sorry again for the longness and any typos.

Mary J. Blige looks beautiful. I love her dress.

I like Queen L.'s dress but that hairstyle makes her look "butch".

Seeing Jane Pauley brings back memories of when I worked with her sister many moons ago.

Judi said...

Um, no, Fergie is not just coming off a plane. She's walking along the arcade shops in the rue de Rivoli.
Adamania has gone global; he's the second coming.

I'm a huge Gawker reader - here's the post Enty alluded to:

Is Danielle Staub also known as Beverly Merrill? This may be revealed next Tues, but who knows - the photos are close. If Bravo had her on the show, they had to have done a background check, but it pushes her to the most interesting of the group.

I also highly recommend the recaps on gawker.com, you don't even have to watch the show - they are that good and that funny.

warmislandsun said...

Gene Wilder, I love you! What a funny and interesting man. Why did they ever try to remake Chocolate Factory - Gene Wilder is and always will be Willy Wonka in my heart.

ardleigh said...

Gilda Radner was so funny! Miss her!

I miss Jane Pauley on the Today Show. I will always remember her near smackdown with Ike Turner.

Ron White looks BAD.

Always loved Grover best. The Monster at the End of This Book was a childhood favorite.

Efron reminded me of John Mayer. YUCK!

shakey said...

Grover is my favourite, too!

Disgusted Homeowner said...

Could someone explain the Paul Simon thing? I'm lost...

Yellow Rose said...

Jax-you read my mind! That's exactly what I think every time I see/think of Grover! And, if possible, I mimic the way he runs (waving my arms out at my sides :))

jagerlilly said...

I love you even more EL! Grover is my absolute favorite!

Bryn said...

Is Marilyn Manson levitating in that photo?

celtickat said...

Thank you Enty for putting a picture of my favorite, Gene Wilder, up. Love it : ) You just made my day, now off to find some Wonka Bars.

Cheri said...

I LOVE Grover!!! And yes, The Monster at the End of This Book is the best!

lutefisk said...

Cheri, I can't tell You HOW many times I had read The Monster at the End of this Book, with loveable little Grover to my kids.
That is an all time classic.
I have an original copy from when my brother was little, it was one of his favorites, also.

Disgusted Homeowner said...

Could someone PLEASE address the Paul Simon comment? I have no idea what it means!

wenx said...

If I'm interpreting Enty correctly, his Paul Simon comment has to do with what the fellas do after taking a whiz--as a hygiene thing. So a long tie would hide his...abstention from this particular behavior, and the inevitable results of such.

Carmen said...

WENX-Thank you...I'm completely disappointed it wasn't a hint to a blind item.
