Murder Runs In The Pistorius Family - Brother Going On Trial

It seems that it is not just Oscar Pistorius who is a killer in the family. His brother, Carl was supposed to go on trial last week for negligent homicide had it continued to next month. He has been charged with what we would call negligent homicide. He was recklessly driving when he killed someone with his car. He has been on bail for almost two years. His lawyer says the evidence will show that he is not guilty.

Thousands upon thousands of people make stupid decisions while driving that result in death every year. It is tragic, and they may be culpable but it hardly makes them "murderers".; 2:36 PM
