This former A list celebrity and still someone with A list recognition is now struggling to find any way she can to earn money. She got fired from her most recent gig and spent a good deal of her remaining fortune to try and mount a comeback. She reportedly is set to file bankruptcy and her family all want her to go to rehab so she does not have another blackout episode when she was alone with her kid(s)

It was sad seeing octomom on Oprah with Suze Orman saying if she could go back in time the 8 wouldn't be here.. it's like for 1 moment the light bulb went on up there.

I'll give her almost A list name recognition, but no where near A list celebrity. I feel bad for her kids.
It seems pretty clear that octomom had the multiple pregnancy on purpose thinking she was going to have a reality show like the Gosselins and clearly her doctor was complicit because that number of embyros is not allowed for good reasons. So it is hard to have any sympathy for this woman to have another 8 kids when she could barely keep care of the 6 she already had.
Unfortunately the kids are the ones who all suffer.

A list wannabe maybe. I feel for those poor kids..who takes care of them? She's one of those people I think I should feel sorry for, but just can't.
Does she have family outside of the kids? I wouldn't blame them for not helping financially, but maybe they can get together and take care of the kids while she gets well.
How often can you file for bankruptcy? Didn't she do it once already?

Those poor, poor children. I often wonder how Adrian is coping. He's the one on the Austism spectrum. He was so lost in his own little world when they'd show the older kids playing. My heart broke. :-(
But all the time Octomom swore she was doing it all on her own without the State's help was total fucking bullshit. She used student loans to pay for the ALL of the fertility treatments. CalMed paid for the octuplets births & she was collecting disability checks on 2 of the older kids.
There was other Govt assistance, too, but this is just off the top of my head.
There are so many people who want children & can't have/adopt for whatever reasons. And this cunt scammed & had 14 children (without a financial way to raise them) on other people's dime.
Fucking POS. I wonder if that scuzzy lawyer is still representing her. He thought he'd stumbled onto a cash cow. Fucker.

The situation is so sordid, I can't see straight when it comes to Octomom. I was associated with a group that was looking into the smoke-and-mirrors show back at the beginning of this debacle. It's just sickening.

Comeback from WHAT exactly?
Not only was she unable to care for the six she already had (some of whom are developmentally disabled), she used Worker's Comp to conceive the other eight (some of whom are also developmentally disabled).
Additionally, she has been the focus of more than one welfare fraud AND CPS investigations.
First class fraud; lowest class human being.
