I agree that it's probably not Sharon Stone. Melanie Griffith fits the sad part, with the recent Banderas crap. And she was out and about at an event the other night.
Tippi Hedren's Lifetime Achievement Award, Bel Air Gala was the occasion. Possibly.

I'm voting Melanie. Her breasts are larger and have the possibility of more floppage. One role being Working Girl although she did Something Wild too.

Leo is most definitely not the answer, but the "sad" part made me think of her because of the full page ads she took out begging people to vote for her for the Oscar. Sad, indeed.
But Sharon and Melanie have been around for a long time, I was thinking this is someone who hasn't been around nearly as long. Renee Z. came to mind first.

Re: the guess of Marisa Tomei -- seems like a really good one. But is it really her style to behave like that? Usually when you read about her being drunk, it seems to be situations where she's alone somewhere, like sitting at a dark table in a bar, and she doesn't make a huge display of herself (or her "assets"). Also, with 3 Oscar nominations under her belt thus far - the last one coming as recently as 5 years ago - I think Marisa may be known for more than just 1 lauded role? Undeniably, though, her turn in "My Cousin Vinny", for which she won her only Oscar so far, has been her most significant role to-date. To me, it was more of a Lead role than a supporting one. Her other 2 Oscar nods were for roles that definitely felt "supporting." My Cousin Vinny is on TV often and so Marisa's performance remains vivid in everyone's mind, even the younger generations who wouldn't have seen the movie when it first came out.
Re: the guess of Melanie Griffith, misbehaving at her mother's honorary event -- OMG! I hope to high heaven that's not the right guess! Can you even imagine?????? I guess we'll know, though, what the scoop is if Melanie & Tippi should become "estranged." !!! I sincerely hope Melanie is managing OK. It's hard not to like her and wish the best for her. She's had so many issues in the past & has always appeared to be a woman with a great need to have a man in her life. Maybe any man? I hope that at this juncture of her life she's able to take honest stock of herself and will be able to enjoy a healthy future.

As for Melanie G at the recent event for her mom, the "dress" she wore doesn't appear to be one she could be coming out of. The bodice is high enough and not constructed like it would allow spillage. Plus it was a dress, not blouse.
As mentioned, Stone wore a see through top / blouse to Deniros (honoree) dinner.
Enty did not mention that the blind was Oscar Nominated/Winner and Tomei; Stone and Griffith have all been nominated for or won an Oscar (Casino and Working Girl My Cousin Vinny) It does sound like one of them however. Especially Sharon Stone who rose very fast and has not been in anything significant in many years

I'm sure jr high boys you tube the basic instinct scene. It's Sharon. Not just the role, but the scene as well. In later movies she's in I didn't even recognize her!
