Dlisted is guessing Scary spice aka Mel B. It fits...she did that singing office thing.
#2 is giving off really strong Portman vibes. Dlisted is also guessing Claire Danes, but I'm pretty sure she didn't graduate.
Maybe she's ticked because she turned down 'Doubt' (even though she's complained about virgin/whore roles which may be why she passed on the film) and that role's done so well for Amy Adams? But what plum roles could she have lost?

Petite is someone who is 5'4" and below, so that does narrow it down to N. Portman. Other screen actresses with a college degree seem to be taller (J. Stiles is 5'8"?).
Portman's not hard working? I don't think that part describes her at all.
What other screen actresses have an Ivy League degree and aren't known to be hard working?
Jody Foster doesn't work that much anymore but she's hard working.

Portman is lazy which is why she gets typecast.
