I don't think Edward Norton is really known for his love of near-jailbait. Him and the Pivert were the two I thought of.

Talking about Piven, you should check him out in the first season of Chicago Hope. His character is in the ER because he has an erection that won't go away. Piven is classic in it. And you'll see him as he's going bald.

The Seinfeld episode is "The Pilot". He's cast as the George character in the sitcom "Jerry" and there's one resemblance with the actual Jason Alexander: the baldness.
I suspect him for the BI because it's in the New York Daily News and in New York they haven't forgotten the ridiculous sushi/mercury poisoning story he used to get out of a Broadway play a few months ago.
