This should be a very interesting divorce. This B list actor on a hit cable show recently separated from his wife. The wife who is also mother to one of his kids. Instead of letting them stay in his huge home, he decided to stay in the house himself so he could entertain and kicked the wife and kid down the road to an apartment.

Isn't Patricia Arquette a bigger star than Thomas Jayne? Maybe I'm out of the loop though.

Slattery has one child with Balsam, but I thought I read somewhere that he had a son and a daughter. Could be wrong. But they look less than thrilled with each other on red carpets and he never wears his wedding ring. My guess is Slattery. I've been predicting he and Balsam were on the outs for awhile.
Kevin Dillon does have a child from a previous relationship and one with his current wife. I had not heard he is divorcing however. I hope it isn't him. I have always rooted for him and love that he plays a character trying to rise from the shadow of his brother's fame-just like real life! Please let this not be him.

Vampire Bill aka Stephen Moyer is engaged to Anna Paquin, but his ex is a girlfriend, not a wife. They have 2 kids often seen w/him and Anna P.

I know I'm late to the party here, but what about the guy on Burn Notice, Jeffrey Donovan? He left his significant other but I don't know if that was a wife or girlfriend, to be with his co-star Moon Bloodgood.
It is not John Slattery. He doesn't have more than one child, and he only lives in LA temporarily when he's filming. He and Talia live, happily, in NYC with their son. He's a big family man and a good person.
John and Talia have been together for almost 16 years and have been married for 11.
