Lindsay Needs More School - Alcohol School That Is
Yesterday a judge said that Lindsay was in compliance with her probation but that she wasn't taken it seriously. So, since Lindsay Lohan wasn't taking it seriously the judge made an order which will force Lindsay to actually attend her classes as a priority. From now until the middle of July next year, Lindsay has to go to class at least once a week. With that kind of schedule there is a very good chance she will either show up drunk or miss it because of drinking. Right now she can go on the days she is in town, went to bed early, didn't have a guest staying over and didn't drink too much. So, yeah, kind of like a perfect storm for her.
"This has to be a top priority whether she has a job somewhere else or doesn't or something else comes up. This has to be done once a week."
Lindsay wasn't in court which is too bad because seeing her in the harsh light of day is always a treat.

she not only needs to get her drinking in check but also this sense of entitlement she has with regards to her "celebrity".
I cannot believe anyone would be seen with all those runs in her nylons !

Marion, when you're gacked out of your mind on drugs, a run in your nylons just isn't very important.

and those stockings are driving me nuts...she does realize they have like 4 huge runs in them? is that the look she's going for? classy, as usual.
I think she just got caught doing "the Walk of Shame" , hence all those runs in the stockings.
I just hope there's karma for the judges who keep giving this "celebrity" another chance.
If it was any other celebrity I would venture to say that the nylons were "artfully ripped" however, in her case, I doubt she even noticed. I think what happened to Robert Downey Jr. is going to be what HAS to happen with her, however, I doubt she has the strength of character to come out the other end healthy, sober and working. It isn't like she has the best role models.
She is just making me sad now. I used to think it was amusing. Now I can see that there is no possibility of a happy ending here, barring a miracle. For her sake, I hope that miracle comes.
I wonder how the judge is going to feel when this trainwreck finally kicks the bucket. Will he/she feel any responsibility because they kept going so easy on her? I mean, it is completely fucking OBVIOUS that Lohan is on lots of drugs, but they don't drug test her? Isn't that part of probation usually? I'm just sick of celebs doing whatever they want, and not facing any punishment/consequences. What will this judge do when Lohan misses a class (because she will)? Probably nothing, and we'll get to see yet again how the rich and famous don't have to live by the laws that us peasant commoner slobs do. Disgusting.
Good move by the judge - the first time I've heard of that. My guess is there will be appeals, excuses, etc.
PS - wonder what gave the judge the impression that she wasn't taking it seriously? LOL!
She thinks she is on the 10 year graduation plan but the judge thinks that she's going on two years to take a one year course. Of course its not being taken seriously she's out drinking most nights, but not driving *I think*.
She ran her nylons putting them on and just made more runs to cover it up, lots of girlies have been doing that for a while - you do see it in clubs and out she didn't invent runs in stalkings by being "fashion forward".
Some judge finally put RDJ away. Hopefully, she will get lucky that way. How ironic that I think she has to go to jail to get out of her death spiral.
Man, if those nylons are stylish, then they're on par with the baggy pants hanging below the butt on the all-time-worst-fashion scale.

I'm with Venting Vixen. There has always been two sets of rules in this country. One for the rich and famous and one for everyone else.
I feel bad for Lindsay, despite her current life. Her parents did NOT prepare her. I don't think she gets it AT ALL.

Snark aside, I'm curious about what it was that made the judge decide that, despite her adherence to the conditions of probation, she wasn't going at it with the right spirit. I know it's obvious to the world, but you have to, you know, cite stuff in a court of law.
The ripped nylons is just like when she used to request her manicure be nicked up on purpose. I think it's a way to look a mess and play it off like you meant to look a mess.
