Now Michael Lohan's Ex Got Arrested
This must have been one heck of a relationship. Last week Michael Lohan was arrested for violating a restraining order which was taken out by his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller. Now though Erin has been arrested and this is where it gets strange. OK, lets face it this whole family is strange, but here is what happened. Despite the fact there was a restraining order, Michael and Erin went out to eat or do something on November 14. Late that night Michael pulled into the driveway of his mother's house. OK full stop. Does Michael Lohan live at home? Not that I can say anything considering I do also, but it is kind of funny that he does.
So, when they got to Michael's house, Erin was going to drive home but Michael told police that Erin was "too drunk and high" to drive. Did he mean high like we all mean it or does he mean it from the drinking?
Anyway, he told her she was too drunk to drive so she kicked Michael in the head. Well, Michael didn't do anything about until Erin had him arrested this weekend. He then filed a criminal complaint and she turned herself into the police.
And he is giving Lindsay advice because...

Drunk kung-fu fighting? She kicked him in the HEAD? That sounds pretty coordinated to me. She shouldn't drive impaired, but if she kicked him in the head she was more lucid than when she agreed to go out with him.

So he hangs out with people who get high, then? Oh Michael. What authority do you then have to claim you actually want to help your daughter?
@whole_lotto This just gives me a headache trying to figure out what that looked like. Was he laying on the ground? Was she on the hood of the car? She looks pretty tall,but kicking him in the head would have required the ability of a Rockette.
I need aspirin now.
DAMN! Where were the paps for that one? I'd have bought the mag that showed him getting kicked in the head.
On a side note I hope she wore heels. Hey, now Mikey can sing the old Dean Martin tune Ain't That a Kick in the Head.
wth. so much for teaching thru example. does lindsay have anyone at all in her life that is worth a damn?
I've been wanting to kick him in the head for a while now, so I'm glad someone did it for me. Anyway, I wouldn't be too worried. If she wanted to hire an attorney and play the he said, she said game I fully believe she would win the case. Michael Lohan has zero credibility.
God alive, why isn't this revolting man not in jail, this toxic Parrot needs to be lost in the penal system STAT.

So Michael Lohan only filed an assault charge after he was arrested for violating a court order, and the police actually took the statement without any eye witness or proof? They must not have much crime to attend to if Michael Lohan can use the local cops for revenge purposes at the tax payers expense.
Does it surprise me that he's living off his mother? No, he's lived off his kid for most of his life even if it's destroyed her and her career.
