Have You Seen These Three Boys?
Police in Michigan are trying to find these three boys after their father attempted to commit suicide. The father is in an Ohio mental health facility and he says the last time he saw his three boys was when he dropped them off at a woman's house. The woman, Joann Taylor, is a woman the father allegedly met online. The trouble is police are not sure the woman even exists, and have not been able to confirm the father's story. He was supposed to drop the boys off at their mother's house, because he did not want them to be there while he killed himself.
Police say the mother has been a great help so far with the case, but are still looking for the three boys. They are 5, 7, and 9. I hope and pray they are found soon.

Sounds like a bogus story about what he did with the children and a bogus story about attempting suicide (insanity plea setup). I am always amazed that some self-centered b*st*rds find the best way to get back at a spouse or ex-spouse is to harm the children.
I saw this amber alert tick across my tv screen last night. Tragic. I hope those boys are alright.
I believe it's been confirmed he lied about the other woman. She does not exist.

In a state of severe depression, a parent can think they're helping their kids by killing them too, because the world is such a horrible place. My guess is he did that, and now that his suicide attempt failed he's lying to avoid the consequences. Poor little kids, and poor mom. :(
These poor boys. I do hope they find them alive. If they are alive, I can't imagine what they must be going through.
I most recently read the police had included a gravel pit as one of the areas they searched.
Assuming the worst, I don't understand how this man can manage to kill three children but botch killing himself.

This story is heartbreaking. How could anyone do this to these three beautiful children, let alone his own flesh and blood. This man is a coward who said he tried killing himself to escape punishment. I don't think I will ever forget the faces of these 3 precious little boys.
Sad and scary. I'm glad that the mother is cooperating. She probably didn't know that he was so unstable. My heart goes out to her and I hope the boys are okay.
I doubt he botched killing himself. IMO he killed those boys and the suicide story is just a cover-up. Bastard.

If the worst indeed happened, it was a botched murder-suicide. For God's sakes, if you're going to off your miserable self, don't take innocent people down with you, you fucking miserable excuse for a human being.
Oh, these poor babies. Their faces are so sweet. I have a bad feeling about this and hope they are found safe. Fucking coward! I'm sure plenty of people would be happy to assist him in leaving this planet.

Do we always have to have stories like this on here? I mean, it's not gossip and it LITERALLY makes me sick to hear this shit. Please, for the love of God, enough. If you watch the news for a fraction of a second you hear enough of this. I'd take a Parasite story over this bs.
@chihuahua-Enty is trying to do a public service by increasing awareness for these 3 lost children. They need to be found and the more people that see their sweet little faces, the better.
i agree @IceAngel. Any kind of exposure of this story is good exposure and could hopefully lead to the safe return home of these children.
And if you don't like reading a story, theres always the opportunity to go through an RSS Feed or scroll on by.
I am sorry to say that it is more likely than not that these kids are already dead. Just look at the recent cases, Zahra, Kyron, Caylee and all the others. It does not bode well. So heartbreaking.
Praying for the best with these three boys but dreading the worst.
I hope their father didn't do this as revenge against the boys mother.
Fate gives the WRONG people children. I know a man who would have given his right --arm to be the father of even one of these boys.
If anyone wants more info, clickondetroit.com has a lot going on. I grew up in Monroe, just north of Toledo, and am about to become the stepmom of 3 boys, 10,9 and 3. They're mom abandoned them and their dad and decided she didn't want to be a mom anymore, but they have a great home now. That's how it can be done.

There's a twist in this case that I just found out about: the mother is a registered sex offender!
She lost custody of her two daughters from a previous marriage because of it.
She had sex with a 14 yo boy who was doing handyman work at the home she and her ex-husband shared.
Sick!!! Maybe, just maybe, the boys are in hiding?

Hey, Amy -- I was just in Monroe visiting my folks for Thanksgiving ... and saw the Amber alert several times and also on the drive home and all I could think was that the dad made up the whole "other woman" story.
Don't have a good feeling about this one, unfortunately, but would love to be wrong.

Besides, if an Amber Alert went out for my son and it was posted on here, I'd be grateful for that. You never know who this could reach and perhaps they saw the kids somewhere, even if it was with the father. Any bit of info helps.
I do so wish this could end happily. Unfortunately, parents killing their kids due to depression/custody battles happens too often.
