Christina Aguilera Says She Is In Love - Has Not Been In A Long Time
Well, if you are going to open your soul and want your gospel spread, the best place to go is Kneepads. Christina Aguilera took advantage of that fact to tell the world about her divorce and the guy she is dating and in love with.
"Things were so unhealthy and unhappy for both Jordan and me, I knew I had to end it. I really didn't want to hurt Jordan, and I felt torn about splitting our family up."
So, if you read between the lines here do you also read that she is the one who made things unhappy and unhealthy for Jordan? She says she did not want to hurt him, but it sounds like she did but wants us to think it was mutual. You know, people get divorced all the time. They had a very unusual marriage and I think Jordan probably knew what he was getting himself into when he signed up for it, but it still sounds like she is trying to make herself look good, which considering her career at the present is probably not a bad way to go.
As for love? "There's a love there, yes. I'm having fun, I'm dating and it's something I haven't had in a really long time."

Hey - nobody's perfect. She's not trash-talking Jordan and he's been pretty quiet too.
She needs to fire her manager and just concentrate on singing. She's a great singer. That should be enough.

what's wrong with what she said?? she didn't paint anyone as the bad guy, the way i read it. divorce sucks---whether you're famous or not.
I wish Christina would realize she doesn't need a gimmick because she has actual talent unlike so many other talentless twats. She definitely needs new management because whoever she has now is not helping her at all.
As for her and Jordan, we probably will never know the full story about what happened in that relationship.

I think the headline's misleading. She said "I'm having fun, I'm dating and it's something I haven't had in a really long time" and not that she hasn't been in love for a long time. Although maybe that is true, she didn't say that. And there is "a love" is different, perhaps, than "in love"
Isn't that a cheaters mantra.. "We were not in love anymore".. "The marriage was over for a long time.. blah blah fuckityblah"
I could not care less about her relationships. I just want to wash her face, deep condition her hair, and convince her that as we age "less is more" when it comes to makeup, fake tans, and bleach.
I think she is a good singer and if she classed up her act and sang some decent songs I would be interested.
