Lindsay Lohan Asks For The Impossible
Lindsay Lohan is ready to drive again. She wants the freedom to borrow other people's cars and drive wherever and whenever she wants. The Betty Ford Center agreed she could drive again and the probation department did too. One hitch though. After seeing all the paps surrounding Lindsay, The Betty Ford Center decided that it would be a danger to public safety if Lindsay were to drive. Well, Lindsay wants her lawyers to get a restraining order against the paps. Not one or two, but every single pap who would ever interfere with her driving. That is just not going to happen. She might be able to get a restraining order against a particularly bad offender or two, but every pap? No chance. What is she going to do, carry the order around with her and everytime someone with a camera comes near her, show the paper? It would be a nightmare.
I think she is just going to have to realize that until she gets finished with rehab and is back in LA, she is just going to have to rely on her friends and family for rides. Ahh, takes me back to my teenage years. Or today when my car was in the shop and I had to ask my mom for a ride to work.

This is bullshit, she LIVES for the attention so much so that SHE calls the paps herself and tells them where she is so why would she possibly file a restraining order against them?

OT: Isn't there a new law coming into effect Jan 1 in Cali about placing restrictions on the paps?
while i don't see it happening...it would be kinda cool to see what sort of precedent this could set w/in CA law.

Also with MontanaMarriott - so she can use the order to keep away the ones that AREN'T paying her, is my guess.
This trick shouldn't be allowed to have her license back until she has a MINIMUM of one year clean and sober. That's my two cents.

This pisses me off because if she were any one of your friends or family, and she had not one but two DUIs as well as having hijacked//carjacked//whatever it was she did with that other car, I mean GIVE ME A F***ING BREAK. ONE of those, just ONE, would mean no license for a very long time. Maybe never.
Does she really get that much more attention than any other huge super star? Who also have to deal with paps?
