Celebrity Rehab Is A Sham
When Celebrity Rehab first aired it was a great show. We got to see people who were full on addicts with a little name recognition go through the humbling process of recovery. It was great television and I had the feeling that every person on the show was there to get better and not to pick up a paycheck or fame.
Well, fast forward to this year and I look at the cast of Celebrity Rehab and I am wondering to myself what kind of addiction they have other than one for paychecks and cameras in their faces. Michael Lohan is on the show. Supposedly to deal with his anger management problems. Please. He has been going to anger management classes for years and it has not helped. He can probably wall paper his house with restraining orders. Bai Ling is going to be on the show. I guess she is addicted to being almost naked in front of cameras and thinks Dr. Drew can help.
The Salahis from Real Housewives are also going to be on the show. I didn't realize that having bad taste was something that could be cured in rehab. The rest of the cast are people you have probably never heard of except for Dwight Gooden. They are also the people who have real drug and addiction issues. The producers just do this so they can get enough people to fill out a cast. I also guarantee you that Michael will be in there telling the world how he is clean and sober and that all the cast should be listening to him. Uh huh.

Celebrity Rehab is a big ol' fuckin' scam. Eric Roberts was on there for POT. Really? And Kari-Ann Peniche...hottest methhead I've ever seen.
Although, I do like that Shelly Sprague. She's cute.
I walked away from his sex rehab show feeling dirty and unclean. I watched some of the Jason London and Janice Dickerson season, and found Rachel Uchitel or whatever her name is to be a human being -- that was a shock! I found myself rooting for the Davis guy's disappearance. It was a very unfocused season, and I might not be back for more.

@Rocket Queen - she's got that hot gothy-punky librarian thing going on. And I love women with ink. And she actually cleans up really nice. And she has cool taste in shoes. And she's funny.
Officially jumped the shark last season. I won't be back. Couldn't watch last season at all.

I watched the first couple of seasons and the sex rehab one (like Barton said, it made me feel unclean) but now I just don't have an interest in it anymore.
Michael Lohan is just going to be a massive train wreck.

I have never watched this show but I am aware of it. Is it just me or will Lohan's do anything for cash? I think that Michael has taught Dina and the offspring all that they know. @ Enty - the wallpaper with restraining orders made me seriously lol!
I enjoyed what I saw of last season. And it was Jeremy London, not Jason London.
I wonder what it will take for Jason Davis to hit rock bottom? The boy still isn't clean & doesn't seem to want to be clean.
Sad and sorry to say...I think Dr. Drew has jumped the shark. Totally looks like he's just in it for the TV show and not the actual rehab aspect of anything.
Did he used to do a show with regular people going through rehab? If not, maybe he should try that route. I bet it would make better tv.
I miss pre-fame-whore Dr. Drew. He used to be so awesome and dreamy. :(
