Because police do not plan on pressing charges against Christina Aguilera for being so drunk she did not know where she was and could not take care of herself, there will be no public release of her mug shot. That did not stop someone from using their cell phone to take a picture and sell it to E! though. She does look out of it, but it is so hard to tell from just a picture. I wonder if Jordan will file papers seeking sole custody of their son.

Jordan might (and probably should, at least until she realizes she's not 21 again), but I'll guess that Christina will pay him off to retain custody.
She won't lose custody unless it can be proven that there is much more going on than this.
There is, I'm sure of it, but it's all a matter of what can be proven in court.

I guess NBC thinks she's fit enough to be a judge on "The Voice." Perhaps they're hoping for Abdul-esque hijinx from her.

I just can't beleive people are saying she should lose custody of her child. As far as I can tell her kid was not in the car at the time which means that she acted protectively in making sure someone was caring for him when she went out and got sozzled. What evidence is there that she has ever placed her child in any danger?
According to the police report she could hardly take care of herself. This mug shot doesn't really match that description, though I don't know how long they wait before taking it.
I'm still leaning towards Xtina being the blind about a singer who is going to fake a Britney sized breakdown to help a comeback.
I'm going to be in the minority here, but I don't really see what the big deal is for her being drunk. SHE wasn't driving. The boyfriend was.
That being said, she's a mom and was out drinking on a Monday. Probably needs to get her shit in check.
