These sibling stars that started out as child actors are so jealous to compete with one another for roles that their relationship is completely ruined. One is getting more parts than the other and that has been the cause of the rift. The one that isn’t as successful is developing a drug problem. Very sad.

I doubt it's the Olsens; Ashley has said in interviews she doesn't really pursue acting anymore.

I agree, the Olsens aren't competing in acting anymore. Nor are the Simpsons, really. It would have to be siblings where one has a longer resume than the other.
what about the Culkins? Kieran and Rory are finding jobs somewhat regularly...MacCauley, not so much.
the most likely seems to be Hilary and Hailey, but I haven't seen them in anything in a while, so I don't know what parts they'd be competing for.

Hillary Duff had(has?) a MASSIVE cocaine habit. And her mother knew about it as well and used to actively enable her. Therefore I don't think this the Duff sisters as Hillary was considered the successful one.

The Olsen's just launched a handbag line in addition to the clothing lines, thats where the real money comes from..I doubt they care about the acting anymore.
I like the Batemans for a guess....Jason is doing extremely well in TV and movies and yet, where is Justine? Recent photos of her...she looked horrible and is she involved with anything at all right now?

Both the Fannings are doing fine although there were big rumours about her coke use up here in Van during the Twilight filmings. Just sayin'.
Kate and Rooney Mara. The latter just got the lead role in the American remake of "GIrl With the Dragon Tattoo." It probably isn't siblings of the opposite sex because then the term "compete" wouldn't make as much sense.
The Mara sisters would be perfect but Rooney wasn't a child actress. She made her debut at 20. Kate started much earlier.
What about the twin girls from Sister-Sister? The Black girls?

Tia and Tamera is starring in a new reality show on the Style Network. Tamera married May of this year and Tia gave birth to a son in June.
