This D List star, who was once B list on his TV show was asked to attend an event and give to a local charity that helps impoverished kids. He committed some money just so he wouldn’t look bad, but at the last minute took the money and bought a big screen. He claimed he was sick and bowed out.

I don't think Ray though, I think he may have been considered A list since he was the highest paid actor on TV at one point.
Ray Romano became filthy rich off of his show and is still raking in money from it.

Ray has always been nice and giving, except towards his castmates. Also, he is still making a ton of money off of that show.
