Chaz Bono Moves Out

It must have been tough living under the same roof for the couple of months between the time Chaz Bono and his girlfriend broke up but having to wait for their television episode to air. It must have even been tougher having to do a little press for the episode which featured Chaz asking Jennifer Elia to marry him. Now it is all over though and Chaz is moving out. It still sucks to split right before the holidays. I think from Thanksgiving Day through New Years there should be no splitting up. I think this is especially true if there are children involved. Just suck it up and make nice for six weeks. I wonder if all that holiday stress leads to people splitting during that six week stretch and that if it was a different time of the year everything would be fine. Not saying that Chaz and Jennifer can be fixed because that is just not going to happen. There has been some crazy stuff that has happened inside that house.

Chaz looks larger than ever, sad to say.

This is so strange and maybe not applicable here, but oddly enough, there sometimes is this thing where longtime unmarried couples -- especially those together over a decade -- do break up right after someone finally pops the question and they become engaged. I have seen this in reality (non-celebrity) couples several times recently (as it happens, often involving gays or lesbians who are now able to get married but that might just be a coincidence).

@Amy - that's because they finally face the fact that they just don't want to live the rest of their life with that person.

He is gross, I know it could be the hormones but it doesn't look healthy...

All that DWTS weight he lost came right back when he stopped the heavy workouts. Which, by the way, I can identify with. This holiday season has resulted in me needing to lose 8 lbs, like, now.

@ms snarky, I'm blaming my weight gain on the cookie bunny!

Ms.Snarky's picture always looks like a goose hand puppet to me until I zoom in and see the cookie bunny!

Enty, I think those in abusive relationships should leave any time they can.

I know its the hormones contributing to him gaining weight. I was on Lupron shots and gained 70 lbs in. 2 months. Still haven't lost it

I work for lawyers (not divorce lawyers, though), and I've heard tell that January is the biggest month for people to file for divorce or to at least tell an attorney their tale of woe and ask for advice. Either they've tried to suck it up through the holidays, only to realize that it's not going to get any better, or else something horrendous happens over the course of the holidays that's the final nail in the coffin.

(I temped for domestic relations attorneys once, and while I didn't even hear the really good stuff, I saw & heard enough to know it was a branch of law that, while fascinating, wasn't something I wanted to have to deal with 9-5 daily. The nicest people go completely utterly batshit, and it only gets worse, never better.)

I'm not going to feel any sympathy for people who essentially live a lie because their reality tv episodes haven't finished airing.

As for Chaz, he looks like a heart attack waiting to happen.

I think these two have been broken-up for a LONG time! I thought that last spring by their body language.

What kind of "crazy stuff" has happened in that house?

@Robin I feel your pain I used to work for a divorce accountant and it was very high end divorces. We're talking Howard & Allison Stern and rich trust fund babies who will do anything to hold on to their money. Their fear of having to get a job was laughable.

The women usually tried to be fair in settlements but the men were mostly bitter and combative.

Yeah!! I want to hear about the crazy stuff!

Yes, Enty - what crazy stuff? Come on!

Male hormones don't cause weight gain, in fact, it's the opposite. What the heck is he on, anyway?
