You would think that if you had reached the level that this A list movie actress has reached that you could keep yourself from trying to copy other people who are not as successful. A little bit about our A list movie actress. She is an Academy Award nominee/winner. Yep. She is that big. Oh, she did do some television back in the day and it was a very memorable, but brief role on a hit show. For the past year she has slowly begun to copy every move of this B list movie actress who is a B lister by looks alone and should in no way imply that she has any acting talent whatsoever. The two share one very important thing in common. Child/ren. If you see the B list actress do something with her child/ren, within 24 hours you will see our A lister do the same thing. B lister goes on vacation and gets photographed in a bikini? A lister gets on a plane the second she can and does the same thing. So far it is just weird, but not creepy. Does it make it more creepy if our A lister calls her guy in bed the same name as the husband of the B lister? Does it make it more creepy if the A lister has been trying to track down some of the B lister's ex-boyfriends to talk to them and also see if they are open to a little more besides talking? Oh, how about showing up at places she knows the B lister will be but never actually speaks to her. Oh, and this will be revealed.

Could we see some proof of this? I'm not saying it's not true and Jessica Alba is gorgeous with great style, even if I don't think I've ever seen a single movie she's in - but I can't even picture Amy Adams in a bikini. I admittedly don't follow actors/actresses much, but is Amy Adams pap-bait? I get the impression she isn't the type that paps follow around, and this might be why so little photo evidence is coming up of this (and also why no one guessed her in the first place). That also in turn might be what feeds her obsession even more...imagine her flying out to the beach to get photo'ed, and then it doesn't happen. Or it does happen but the pap doesn't send the photo anywhere because who would care enough to buy it, that really isn't going to move magazines (no offense Amy, just being realistic). So Amy keeps walking around in bikinis that no one is gonna see.

Didn't Alba steal the role of silver surfer from Fantastic Four from Adams by releasing a press release saying how pleased she was to have the role the whole time knowing that she didn't. That led Adams to decline the role through embarrassment and Alba got her way. There was a blind about it somewhere...

@libby: Wow. I can't wait for this (The Master) to be released. It seems obviously directed at the Co$. For years, I have thought of it as just a cult that ripped off their members, and my only problem was that they got to be tax-free.
After watching some more videos with very young people who left scientology, I don't know why the DoJ isn't investigating it for child abuse. I don't know why the IRS gives it tax-free status.

This isn't the 1st time I've been shocked by a detail from Amy Adams private life. She used to be a waitress at Hooters. That blew me away. She doesn't come across as white trash in interviews, but working as a Hooters waitress is pretty low rent.

Jamie, Amy is about as acclaimed & hot as an actress her age can be...in that, everything she does now is with Oscar caliber co-stars, directors, etc.
There are so few huge female lead parts, A-list for an actress is a little less shiny than it is for a man.
And she's listed WITH Joaquin and PSH in trailer credits on "The Master". That is incredibly important in any actor or actress' status. (Example--Gene Hackman went unbilled in "The Firm" because he was a very strictly 'above-the-title' guy back then. The producers wanted it to be "Tom Cruise / 'The Firm'", and wouldn't budge. Hackman and his agent would have rather been uncredited than to be under it. It means a lot.)

I could see this starting innocently enough, with Amy Adams, who, God bless her, just can't seem to get the hang of dressing for the red carpet, trying to emulate JA's style. Alba was on a real hot streak for a while, where it seemed like she was on everybody's best dressed list after every big event. And then maybe it gradually gets out of hand.

Amy Adams always struck me as kinda weird. Still, had no idea this was her.
I am so grateful that this was revealed not to be Halle. For the life of me, I couldn't imagine why anyone would think Halle Berry who seems to have made quite the life and career for herself, would copy Jessica Alba of all people, when their are iconic people of both races, she could mimic if she wanted to imitate someones career and life. And Halle has access to the iconic names.
My guess, as someone said above, is that Alba has lost or nearly lost roles to Amy Adams in the past, and her people put this out there. There is no way anyone would know what she calls her husband in bed, now come on. This is absolutely made up. I can see that Amy Adams does dress like Jessica Alba a lot, which could be another reason for Alba and her team to be feeling vindictive. But like someone else said, Amy Adams needs help with her style and Alba is always flawless, so that's most likely the reason for that.
