Last year this former American Idol contestant would have killed to sing at the charity event she blew off this year. She said she was sick, but in reality she just thinks she is above all of that now as an actress and won't sing unless there is big money involved. She just gets more into herself every day.

Saw Scorpion for the first time last night. I don't know why there is so much fuss about this show. It is rather pedestrian. And, McPhee's character is there because of her "son" who is also a genius but NOT a big part of the show. I can see why she thinks she is the star.
I love her. Seriously, hot and loose morals. Why sing with a bunch of D listers when you're C+?
