This would be Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Maktoum and Kim Kardasian.

I think it could mean that either of them are a big deal in LA. With Kim, I don't think she goes anywhere without a trail of paps in LA so it would be difficult to hook up. Not impossible, I'm sure, but just more difficult.
