The offspring of this former A+ list mostly movie actor/actress couple has been having issues with sobriety but doing a really good job. One thing she is doing a lot of is spending time at a sex club. She is into some serious pain.

Which is much, much better than uncontrolled self-mutilation, in my opinion.

This actually makes sense and can be a healthy coping mechanism for addiction struggles, depending on the person. Safe, sane and consensual is what matters.
If we were in charge, it could be written off as a medical expense.
