Maybe he's being paid to be her beard while she develops a show about Kris & Caitlyn, Forever Lovers. Kris would never let such an opportunity slide.
That seems like a beard salary, not a real BF salary.
So how does this work? Does a man approach a female celebrity to ask her out, then she starts to pay him? Does he make an offer to be her paid boyfriend? Or does she approach him?
That must be the no sex rate. With sex the rate, at least, doubles.
Usually the Customer (Kris) does the vetting /screening etc...
I would totally watch this hideous show.
