This still A list mostly movie actress who is an Academy Award winner/nominee thought she looked awful when she saw scenes from the current installment of her franchise she is shooting. No stranger to plastic surgery, the actress got her breasts lifted and enlarged during a weekend off from shooting. So, yes, when you suddenly see her jump a size in breast size in the movie, now you will know why.

If it was early in the filming, they most likely went back to re-shoot her scenes post breast augmentation.
(She must have been in pain the whole time.)

Bette Davis famously said that Joan Crawford kept changing falsie sizes during her dying on the beach scene in Whatever Happened Baby Jane. I think Robert Aldrich knew better than to try to argue with Joan.
Hahahaha! Which is really, really stupid, considering they were both supposed to be old and she was actively dying on the beach. That's crippling vanity. She'd never win an Oscar in the 21st century.
Now I'll be watching her boobs in that scene for the rest of my life.

Bette Davis had it coming. Horrible, rude, mean, vicious cunt. Joan Crawford had her shortcomings, but was not nearly as horrendous as Davis
OT, I read that third book and it is both depressing and annoying
Any show I've ever seen about someone getting a breast lift and/or enlargement the woman was incapacitated for several days and in pain. How did they pull it off over a weekend????
I came here to say the same thing. Boobs are supposed to grow when you're pregnant.
I liked it, but the movie doesn't have anything to do with the third book.
If it's the Bridget Jones is preggers movie, maybe the director thinks viewers will "rack" it up to pregnancy boobs.

The movie isn't based on the third book since everybody hated it. Apparently the author killed off Darcy and fans went ballistic. She had to write new stories and they cobbled a script out of those, or so I've read.
They probably had a body suit made for her to show her as pregnant along with larger breasts. She looks adorable in the stills we seen from the shoot. There is no reason that she would be unhappy about the way she looked.

One I can't forget when I see it, is Elizabeth Taylor being on her period when she wore the white bathing suit on the beach in Suddenly Last Summer. Her mother was afraid for her health, since Elizabeth was having cramps, and wanted the scene postponed. Refused. Elizabeth endangered her reproductive organs and finished the scene.
I jumped in up top with the idea because I didn't scroll through far enough. Apologies to hollah, Kelly, and Kno!
She had real boobs in the prior films because she put some weight on..I would assume she does the same here..Hollywood has to stop perpetuating this myth that a skeletal woman can magically have natural big boobs..and women have to stop tying their worth to unnatural manufactured forms.
LOL, I would have been more concerned for the bathing suit. That could have been very embarrassing.
