Lorde's ex is Asian, super skinny and not exactly Jackie Chan handsome. I remember how surprised I was when I saw his photo for the first time. He certainly isn't ready for his close up. However, on the other hand, he is probably smarter and nicer than any of those pretty boys her people will try and fix her up with. She will go back with him if she's smart. Keep him under the radar, Lorde!

one thing I cant help but laugh at is that kim kardashian is around that point where she is probably internally freaked out she is now, technically, old.
the older they get the more irrelevant they become, which is why kylie and kendall are the popular ones now. kim has literally aged out of the demo she hooked in the first place.

Lorde looks like she is in her 30's or older. She is only 19? Whew hate to see her a decade from now. If T Swift is behind this I really hope someone brings her fake empire down.
She is insanely talented and deserves to be way more famous than she is. She writes her own shit, for one. Rihanna doesn't do that, and her voice is not good. Lorde curated the Hunger Games soundtrack at 17. If you haven't heard anything except her two singles, then that's a shame. Idgaf about her breaking up with her boyfriend but people who think she SHOULD be a one hit wonder are absolutely insane. She deserves far more recognition than what she's gotten

I'm not saying Taylor DIDN'T put pressure on her to drop him. But, Lorde started dating him when she was 15 or so. Maybe she grew out of the relationship? How many people really end up with their high school sweethearts?
Oh I definitely agree that she probably grew out of it. Relationships end. I just hate when people minimize her talent, when she is FAR FAR more talented than Swifty. Their friendship bothers me lol. Disappointed that she would become part of this faker than fake BS that Taylor has going on.
That's her fault (Lordes) for being weak and listening to her bully friend (Taylor Swift). She needs to grow some, instead of listening to the Hollywood Regina George. No one can make anyone do anything, unless they want to. Her friendship with Taylor obviously meant more to her, than her boyfriend.
Lorde will make a big mark in the long term, no doubt. It's also possible that she's using TS, as well. The Disclosure song made a little wave, besides that, most of her exposure since Hunger Games has been with Taylor. Her face is still out there, people still talk about her. Her next album will be that much easier to sell.
